One of my journal prompts this week was “more of, less of”, and I found myself listing “self care” and “slow sunday coffees” as my first “more ofs” for 2025, realizing that the slowness, coziness and warmth that a slow coffee gives me are, in themselves, a form of self care.
Hence, the first supper club of 2025 could not not be just this: I asked Malena (@big.table.to.share ), the sourdough queen, to come from Menorca just to help me host a cozy “home cafe” in my apartment in Palma, and there we were -
drinking coffee and journaling in my living room with 20 strangers.
